If it's a 17 it should have a fiberglass roof unless it's a real early one.

All due to....GET THEM OUT THE DOOR AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Slap on some glue toss on the membrane, move to the next station. Just poor arse quality.

I would say give customer service at 574-206-7600. Tennessee's Rep is Nick Hoover. They will ask for pics so make sure you have some to email.

What process of difficulty did you have to go through They [FR] always uses the blame game for all of the products they use and never actually do anything except feel good lip service thinking that will make up for their lack of warranty and the 100000 you have spent MY my my!

Mr Hoover has been great help so far.
A transport driver will pick up my 32-DS
Tomorrow morning to take it back to the factory.
I hope the roof will be replaced also, I will find out soon.

Fiberglass? If newer, most likely TPO. Thermoplastic Polyolefin. Older EPDM.

If not warranted easy fix. Splice it, check substrate to make sure it is sound. Adhere using solvent based adhesive. Install like contact adhesive...butter both deck and under membrane. After that use a t-joint cover or Eternabond self adhered. Bubbles are due to off adhesive is off-gassing. They had a puddle there instead of even distribution of adhesive. BEFORE doing anything wait. Many times the membrane wiil shrink back down to substrate. Give it some time, unless you know you have a leak. Best.
