Leaking at the back of toilet

Hi,
I have a 2014 FR3 30D. The toilet leaks in the back where the water is coming in. I imagine it is leaking from somewhere in the flush assembly. Any ideas on how to repair this? If so, which part should I get? If it is easier to just get a new toilet, what should I order? Attached is the image.
thanks!!!

Been there, done that. So my problem was I didn't realize the inlet line is also a back flow preventer and when I winterized the coach I used compressed air and it did not clear the line. Froze and broke. So I hated that plastic toilet and replaced it with I think a 320 ceramic one. Much better. The part is available but you have to remove the toilet to install it so I opted for a new one. I will look up the part number and post it.

If not busted (check with a dental mirror?) it may be too high water pressure (how we discovered water regulator was no longer working.)

385311641 is the part number. Fits 300,310,320 series domestic toilets. Top left picture. Dyers is the best price I have found but you might search on Amazon.

Had the same issue and bought my replacement water valve part off Amazon. Ended up pulling the entire toilet off because there wasn't enough room back there to comfortably work. It took a total of maybe 10 minutes to pull toilet, replace part and reinstall. Hopefully you can do this without having the mess with the pex tubing because if you do it will require a special tool for cutting the current clamp as well as a separate tool to reclamp the fitting.

Not sure whats going on but started to get a rancid smell from the toilet. Looked at the back and saw water standing inside between the inner and outer shell on what looks like some type of shelf inside on the upper part of the unit. Anyone know what would cause water to accumulate between the outer and inner shell? Took toilet out and drained the rancid water out of the unit but couldn't find any cracks or how the water got their.

Early on the model 300 domestic toilets had a recall because the seal between the outer and inner was open holding "stuff". You may have one of those older models. If you can find the s/n call domestic directly. They shipped me a new one free.
