Low point drain

I am trying to drain the water from my 2014 FR 3.

I have tried various valve open/ closed configurations and cannot get any water to drain from the low point drain. Have tried with pump on and off.

What am I missing?

Thanks in advance!

On our 2014 30DS the drain for the fresh water tank is under the MH. There are 2 hoses with caps. Remove those caps to drain (I say both because seems all are different as to which hose is the actually drain hose, lol).

They will drain easier and better if you open a hot and cold water tap as well.

Like all the faucets, outside shower and the WH pressure relief as well. Step on the terlet flush too. Water pump on or off, shouldn't have nothing to do with it. Got cold enough around here last night to blow the lines out, just because.

+1, open everything up and it should drain. We always let it drain first and then when the water stops, we add air to get even more out. Open and close faucets as we go.

If you have opened a low point drain and turned on the water pump (with water in the holding tank) and not getting water at that drain you do not have a low point drain opened.

I couldn't get the water to drain below a certain point, because the drain connector drains from the side instead of the bottom. I drain as much as will drain and still have about a half inch of water in the tank. Now I use my levelers to tip the coach to the right. After it finishes draining while tipped, I re-level. I get just about all the water out of it.

Draining

After removing two low point plugs ,I put screens over the openings and drive it around that seem to empty fresh water tank. normally last trip on way home.

Branchman has not posted in his thread since he asked for help on 10-14-2016. We don't know if suggestions helped or not. I doubt if further suggestions will help.
