Smile New 2018 FR3 28DS

I brought it home on Fri. I drove it about a hundred miles to get a feel of how it drove.

It is quieter than my old class C.

I have crawled underneath chassis to look at the axles. The rear axle had a heavy duty sway bar. I can't do the CHF as they are in the 2nd hole already.

I have ordered the Blue Ox TruCenter Steering Control. I also paid for four Fan-Tastic vent fans to be installed next week.

More to follow....

You can do the CHF, the CHF moves the bolts to the inner holes, not the outer. Its in a 'softer' position currently.

I could be wrong but you can do the CHF fix on the front. The second whole is the inner whole. Did it on my FR3 and HUGE DIFFERENCE. I installed a true center and not in love, tightens things up alot.

I liked the safety plus, takes allot less effort to turn the wheel & cheaper. But I do like adjusting the steering on the TrueCenter, it does come in handy

Thumbs up Yes you can

After looking at pictures both front and rear sways are not in second holes.
So yes you can do the CHF .. the rear you must remove both bolts and bracket from lower arm and turn bracket around so sway rod is now at second hole. On front just remove bolt from rod and lower sway arm to second hole toward axle. ( same at rear move toward axle ) Do not unhook from frame, just lower arms.

Yea Carl17 is spot on. The CHF hasn't been done to the RV pictured. I did it to my 2015 FR3 30DS and it is a one hand driver now.
