New FR3 25DS 2015 Owner
Hello Forum Members, I am a brand new RVer, my folks RV'd (travel trailer), but I never have; my camping is 21 years of US Army field deployments, my RV was a M35A2 2 1/2 ton truck, sometimes a M577 when I was higher in rank. Retired Army, then worked for 22 more years in private sector; HAPPY to be retired completely, my Wife and I will hit road soon. I have been reading so many different RV forums of what to do and don't do, so feel read into the topic, but still itching to go; we are going to take a couple of 3 days trips to sort of warm up to the big 5 month trip this winter. We bought the FR3 25DS because it seemed to have all of comfort and functionality we wanted. We did experience an issue w/read bedroom slide (this forum helped) and got that repaired, looked at a lot of campgrounds (I am partial to Military CG) and will be fairly active on this portion of forum; I apologize up front, if I ask a dumb question, where I come from there is no such a thing, but I may surprise you....lol; feel free to send me an email, we are very excited to finally be retired and RVer's
