No power from King antenna

We have a brand new FR3 30ds one week since pickup and we wanted to use the tv when we turned on the on off button on the antenna we have no power everything else has power and ideas what I could do or what it could be

I have to push the little button for the amp behind the power plug to get power to the King antenna. Then slide the switch on the unit itself. Not sure if your FR3 has the same setup.
