Pass thru storage

I am a newbie to motorhomes, and have had my FR3 30DS since the end of March. I have pretty much figured out most of the ins and outs of my MH, and a lot of reading in this forum has been helpful, but for the life of me can't find a way to tie down anything in the pass thru storage. I don't see any place to attach straps, bungee cords, etc. Any ideas would be appreciated, and pictures would be excellent.

Thanks for the info. Is there any problem caused by drilling holes into the structural metal rails?

As small as the holes will be I doubt it will be an issue.

Really depends on how BIG the hole is. But putting a 3/8 size screw into those rails pose no danger. I've screw things to those 1" square tubing all over the place. Back there in the aft locker, I've even though of getting some square stock and possibly making a shelf.

Did you attach with self tapping screws, or get longer bolts?

Just some self tapping screws work just fine. Hey, FR used self taping screws EVERYWHERE, so its gotta be ok. :-) Its probably what I'll end up doing, some eye hooks on either side with bungy net or something to hold life jackets, pool toys, etc. out of the way. I mounted my fishing pole mount on the fwd side of that bay via self taping screws. Enough for our 3 poles.

We have puts shelf on the pass. Side also put eye bolts in to attach bunges or straps to hold things. No problems.

I have some bungie cords hooked on to the pull down bed ladder. Then put cords over stuff and hook the other end to some big heavey fold up chairs I have on the bottom. holds real well so far.
