Whitefish Montana KOA. 25ds looks kinda stubby but its easy to maneuver! Pull the little focus just fine.

A couple of reasons. Trailer costs money and then you have to store it at your site, which might not have enough room for RV and car.

I always get pull thru sites and let the hosts know my rig is about 50' long. I won't stay where they want ya to go drop your trailer some place else.
I had a 10,000 pound hitch installed on my motor home for towing a trailer with the jeep on it eh.
