For the cup holder: go to Amazon, they have several that can be attached to the wall under the window and do not interfere with the co-pilot seat turning.
Is it safe to use the small screws on the wall under the window? The back of the cup holder doesn't look like adhesive tape is a good option.

Yes just use short ones The wall is tough in some spots the screws are hard to start.
That is how I did mine. Double check but the wall is like an inch thick.
