Your Class C has factory Ford Headlights. The OP's FR3 has something FR outsourced to fit their front end, so no telling where from. Possibly an assembly cobbled over from GM or Ford but I doubt it. Most likely China and akin to some aftermarket piece you find on Ebay.

Funny, my 1996 Bounder had old Ford Bronco headlights and I thin Oldsmobile front running lights...could still buy them in 2010 when I hit a plastic roadway work barrel.

I installed 2010 Silverado 1500 headlights in my 2015 FR3 30DS. I don't have the 3/4" gap you describe; in fact, they fit quite well.

Same Forest River replacements on my 2015, they fit fine and work so much better especially with those LED halos out of the picture.

We're did you get that model, and what about the bulbs and wiring harness. Have seen some online and they don't include the bulbs or the wiring harness.

Forest River warranty department sent them to me (my dealer) when I requested them. Harness and bulbs included, plug and play except for gray wire to old LEDS which was just cut and taped.

Who do l need to contact at forest river to get my free replacement headlights for my 2015 FR3 30DS. The headlights that came with our RV are worthless and l don't know anyone who test drives a RV they are looking at buying in the night time, besides the RV sales place closes before dark anyway. So Forest River needs to send me replacement headlights as well.

I have always dealt with Kevin Stratton, (574) 206-7600 or 7611. Very busy man needless to say, leave a message, he'll get back to you.
