Replacement Shower skylight

I have several cracks in the shower skylight and I want to be proactive by replacing it before it develops leaks. Has anyone replaced the skylight and can offer the manufacturer and model # of the replacement skylight?

I would contact FR parts and supply them with your model and any other info they may need. Should be able to supply replacement and help with how to replace. Later RJD
