Replacement thermostat

Just wondering if anyone has changed there thermostat and fixed the problem of it coming on just once and then never again!

Should be a Dometic thermostat.

Yes I do the heat only came on once and never again like a lot of folks problems.Thinking it might be the thermostat but am wondering if I changed it to lock down after one go if thatís possible!
