Roadside assistance gone bad

We have had our rear seal on the drivers side rear axle go bad 4 times now. Two of the times that it was towed by Ford's roadside assistance, there was damage done to our motorhome. Ford refuses to fix it. We have reached all the requirements to claim the lemon law, but we would rather just have our motor home fixed. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or know someone with Ford that could help us? The motorhome is still in service waiting for parts to get the rear seal fixed for the 4th time. It has been three weeks and parts are on back order.

You don't mention what state you are from. And as each State has it's own lemon law. But beware there's a lot of pitfalls in the lemon laws. There are deadlines and requirements that are doable but have pitfalls to the benefit of the manufacturer. In Florida for example if the manufacturer ie ford has a BBB approved arbitration you must use it. If it's not BBB approved and you do use it, and don't like the outcome the time drops from 2 years 24000 mi to just 60 days. It you must prove it affects safety and value. They also get a last chance to fix and the another last chance to inspect vhc. Find a better dealer one that sells mostly big ford trucks or find a independent shop and send bill to ford. You don't have to use the dealer. Also there's also a scam that been on news about RV owners on trips having a person squirting gear oil on axel and scamming you into false repair.

Ok thanks for the info. We are In Wisconsin. I am sure it is not a scam. We were not in same area when it happened every time.
