once a year. I use Powder Tide w/bleach. additionally, I use it on the awing too. Lots of water to ensure a clean rinse.

Minimum twice yearly with dish soap & soft brush. Make sure you have no stones caught in your shoes when you go on the roof because it becomes like wearing baseball cleats. Also watch your step... slippery when wet!

"No Stones in Shoes"

Now that is one of those odd ball recommendations that are actually fantastic to know or think about. One of the things you would only know with experience!

In the past on my TT I used 10' ladder and scrubbed from the sides, avoiding walking on the roof.

Thanks all, Dawn it is!

I use Protect All Rubber Roof Cleaner followed by Protect All Rubber Roof Treatment with UV Blocker twice a year. It might be a bit much, but I never had any issues with the 8yr old rubber roof on our FR TT before we moved on, so I'm sticking to the program. I'm also in southern CA were the sun blazes and the air quality is delightful, so a little more TLC may be necessary.

I use the same cleaner 2x's per year, and use the protective coating yearly with the UV Blocker. I always wash the roof off with water everytime I wash the 5er. I do that monthly and wax 3x's per year. My trailer is 4 years old and looks like new. I also found a new product instead of 303, it is called "TRINOVA UV PROTECTION SPRAY" I thought 303 was the cats ### but it can't hold a candle to this stuff. Used it on all my decals and front cap, I have never seen a shine like that before..A little off the roof subject but wanted to pass this on...

I use Wisk and apply with my pressure washer using a 40 degree spry nozzle. Cleans the roof quite nicely. Twice a year or as needed. Later RJD
