I would probably recommend spending some research time over on Jack Mayers site. He has extensive, and easy to understand, write ups, diagrams, etc etc for a solar install. It's critical to know what each component does, how they work together, and what's required to get the most efficiency between your array and battery bank.

Doing a write up on your specific equipment would be prohibitively extensive.
