Question Sanitizing water tank

I just traded my Sunseeker for an FR3.
Happy so far!
I want to sanitize the fresh water tank but
Can not figure out how to add the bleach
Mixture. The water connection actually runs uphill a bit

With pressure from a hose gravity can be overcome but A funnel does not create enough pressure.

Thanks for any ideas

Unhook and drain the hose.
Pour the bleach into the hose then hook it to the trailer and faucet.
Put as much water in the tank as you want and then let it sit for awhile.

Please don't say that. This simple concept has been over the heads of so many of us (me included) that you're going to hurt a lot of our feelings. ;-) It is so simple once you hear it!
