Saying Goodbye to the FR3

We recently got back from a month long trip with the 30DS to Pensacola and had a wonderful time. This coach is our first RV and it performed perfectly no issues at all with it. Now the being built to a price point and some floorplan issues did get us thinking about an upgrade. The wife wants a washer dryer and the small hall between the bedroom and living area was a constant choke point. We found a new Fleetwood Bounder 35K that addressed those issues and is just a step or two up in every other area. The really suprising part of this was the resale value of the FR3 is what I originally paid for it. The dealer we are using is also a FR3 dealer and they told us we are the 4th FR3 owners to trade up with them. My experience with the FR3 was a lot of fun, a lot of learning and pretty much trouble free. I sincerely hope all of you here will have as much fun with the FR3 as we did.

That's because IMHO the FR3 is one of, if not the best buy in the market today!

Me Too, The relatively high trade in quotes I got from different dealers is the main reason I pursued the upgrade. It also helped a lot that I got a very very good deal on the initial purchase.

z3406, where did you stay in Pensacola? We just got back from there and stayed at the Blue Angels Recreation Area.

My favorite place to stay and fish. Have caught some really nice Red fish from the bank.
