shower curtain 2014 fr3

Just got word from dealership that the factory has oked the replacement of my shower curtain with the folding door that the 2015 models have, at their cost! I did not expect that, and I am sure happy about it.

I put in the corner blocks and the folding shower rod and we love it. The bathroom seem bigger when the curtain is folded in and the shower is much bigger when it is folded out. A little work but less than $50 and not a leak to be seen.

OHHHH I have not received mine either, they replied they were taking inventory in parts and were not shipping for a while. Does not sound good. LOL we might have to go get our own. Dealer said they might go out and get something similar, but I told them to wait awhile as I like the one in newer model. Might change my mind and go for one sold by lowes.

shower enclosure

Lfrazee, you indicated that your were getting a shower enclosure from FR as a replacement for your curtain. I have all the same problems with my 2014 FR3 as other posted, i.e., shower leaking onto the floor, curtain blocking drain, etc. How were you able to get the replacement enclosure? Do you have a contact?

Thanks

My dealer contacted the fr3 rep and the factory authorized a replacement with the same type of enclosure that is on the 2015 models. It is installed (within 2 weeks) and works great- also looks 200Percent better!! No cost to me what so ever.
