How to adjust side mirrors on FR3? Thanks

Are you wanting to adjust the mirror insert or the whole head piece?
The mirrors can be adjusted by just pushing on them in the direction you want them to go (upper and convex will move this way. To move the head, there should be a couple of allen set screws that you can loosen and move to where you want it. Be sure to tighten the set screws tight or they will vibrate loose (I had this happen once).
