spot on awning and also living room slide

I have a situation with both my awning and the living room slide. The top of the slide cover and the awning both have large dirt spots on them in the center. My question is, has anyone else had this problem? If you have what did you do? Can you wash the tops and do you have to have a certain type of soap to do so. Thanks everyone for your help in advance.

They can be washed. You can use dish soap and warm water. Saturate then roll up. After an hour or so, unroll and brush with a soft brush as needed, rinse and let dry . I always treat with Aerospace 303 after a major wash.

The large oval dirt stains are a common slide cover pooling issue. Solution: Dont look.
The Awning on the other hand should not be pooling. That is a indication that it is not
tilted and/or lowered properly. Your AC will deposit water on your soc's and awning so it does not have to rain to get a pool.
