Strange Question, but SHEETS

Ok, I've looked on Amazon, Ebay, Camping World, etc. I'm trying to find a fitted sheet to fit the narrow king (72x80) in my 28DS that doesn't cost $50+ dollars. Any pointers?

Try "Big Lots", "Tuesday Mornings", "Home Goods" all discount stores.

Can also try Bed Bath and Beyond - we got some there couple weeks ago and a lot of sets were on clearance.

Sheets

We just use regular king sheet set on or 30DS and tuck the excess under. Seems to well and can buy anywhere.

We sew twin sheets together and use them as a sleeping bag. If it's cold, we use a fleece sleeping bag.

Then a blanket if needed.

I measured mine at 82 x 73. I was looking at getting California King sheets.

My wife even wished if we could convert it to a Queen. It would give us more room on the sides.

I saw the suggestion somewhere and we have been using it for several years. Use your regular size king sheets for our RV king bed. Buy two sets of elastic suspenders and take them apart so you have four lenghts of stretchy elastic with clips on the end.

Put the sheet on your mattress and then lift up one side at a time and place the elastic suspenders strips in a tic-tac-toe pattern on your fitted sheet. Sheets don't move and they're tight.

This works great for any bed - can't do without it for our RV queen!

Sheets

All ideas above are great. I find cheap sheets at Ross. I am not too picky about colors and can get them for around $20.00.

rk06382 - We just jerked the king out and replaced it with a short queen. Also raised the box 3 inches and slid the dog crates under the bottom. 2 problems solved. The Georgetown 270S does not have the room for crates that our previous 32 foot coach had, now it does. Also put gas struts on the bed so the storage is easier on the back.

time for a little DIY! we bought suspenders and removed the "X" that holds them together. so you have two long adjustable straps with clamp grips on each end. you should now be able to get your sheets tensioned properly. the video below does a better job of explaining it than i can.

I found these Amazon: Siaomo Bed Sheet Fastener to hold our sheets tight while the bed is folded up.
