I use a Franks Autotransformer for surge protection and voltage stabilization boosting.

Voltage Booster

See my review in the product review forum. Love it after all these years.
The 50 amp unit is just a bit bigger as both legs are boosted and protected.

Progressive Industries get my vote. I use the 50 amp hardwired with remote display.

I use the surge guard 34750. I'm guessing you have 50 amp, if your rig is a 30 amp, then most of these options presented have 30 amp options.

It would take a little hassel out of setting up and I wouldn't have to worry about someone "walking" off with it.

Surge protector recommendations

I purchased a Surge Guard Model 34730 at Camping World a few days after picking up our new FR3 (our first motor home) I did a lot of research and this unit seemed to be the best choice.

the Progressive Industries units offer superior protection and only brand with lifetime warranty. Here is a good chart showing a comparison between brands.
