Switch

I have a 2018 30DS. Last trip someone pointed out a switch under the TV Cabinet over the sink. I vaguely remember it being explained on the walkaround. I haven't used it so promptly forgot what the guy said.
What the heck is it for?

I assume you are referring to the light switch for the overhead lights? It's kind of hidden

Yes, is that one that can be set up to control several at once?

That switch turns on all the ceiling lights in the front part of the motorhome. There is no set-up to be done, it just turns on all those lights. The lights over the sink, couch and dining table are separately controlled by the little switches on each light. At least that is the way it is on my 2018 30ds.

I had the opposite problem when I picked my FR3 in January. I couldn't figure out how to turn those lights on! Someone said to look for the hidden switch under the TV cabinet and voila - lights!!

I can't speak to the 2018 year model 30DS, but on my 2016 30DS the switch under the TV turns on the blue night light (the FR3 logo below the TV).

Thanks Mark. Yeah, I thought that might be the case given they eliminated the entry storage area in 2017. That's where my overhead light switch is located.

Merry Christmas to you and Connie as well. Hopefully we'll see you down the road!
