Can I use a dometic thermostat with my Atwood heat pump/airconditioner and suburban furnaces

Sure, but why? Most RV thermostats are junk. Search for a quality home thermostat that is battery powered and install it. Hunter Douglas is one that has or have had battery powered Tstats that are quick easy instal on basic hvac systems.

Before you buy one check the number of wires going to your current thermostat. It may not be that simple.
