My 2017 has a back-splash for the stove but needs another one for the sink. Who can I talk to about matching the existing one?

Check Amazon, Home depot, or Lowes. If you do it online you can see pictures. Then maybe you can narrow the search when one looks solar to what you have?

Has anyone installed peel and stick back splash tile?

Yes. Tricky part was getting them “level” with the counter. Mine was a touch higher on one end. If you have access to a medium duty paper cutter it will make your life easier.
