Trial run down, 32ds in the future

We are almost done with our first trip in a rental and everyone in the family is wanting to do this again but in our own rv next time. The fr3 32ds floor plan has what we are looking for in a first rv

Trying to get a handle on the price tag for the rv and all the changes :

Water filtration
Water pressure regulator
Surge protector
Sway kit?
Replace vents with ? and add 12 volt fans to each?
We have direct tv at home so satellite

What else? We boondocked a couple nights but it's not something we will be doing for long stretches so solar isn't needed. 2 adults, 13 year old son, 10 year daughter

I just use a regular old Camco water filter and pressure regulator on the hose for city supply. No surge protector, but probably a good idea. Cheap handling fix and a steering stabilizer. Put a Heng's Vortex Fan into the existing bathroom vent, works great for $60 and 30 minutes of your time. We have a DirectTV King Tailgater. It is sitting on top of our 30 DS with a bungee cord around the handle of the dish and moho ladder right now. It did not move in heavy winds. I of course take it down when we leave. I like the portability of not having it mounted as if we're blocked by trees I can move it to try to find an opening to get a signal, etc....

Ended up going with a 2017 Georgetown 5 bunkhouse and some of the features. Have the walkthrough next week. Preferred the plywood to all the pressboard in the fr3.
