TV speakers sound quality is not good.

I like the sound quality from the ceiling speakers, when I play DVD's on the in dash system, but is there any way to get the sound from the TV to the ceiling speakers? The sound from the TV speakers is pretty bad. I have a 2016 FR3 30DS, with a Furion TV and in dash Pioneer system.

It's a toggle on dash under radio. Reads Outside or Inside speakers.

tv speaker sound quality

The switch on the dash doesn't have any effect on the tv sound location when just watching air/cable broadcast, on my system.

As others have noted, there are 2 switched (at least on my 32 ds), one moved the sound outide and there is another switch for livingroom if memory serves me.

BUT, I am wandering if your DVD is connected only to the TV (which seems odd). I am fairly certain, my DVD does not play on the TV (it has been a while), only through speakers in the cab. The aerial / cable sound can go through the TV or through the RV.

I agree the tv speakers suck. I installed a 29" Vizio sound bar under the tv and it sounds better then the tv or the ceiling speakers. $79 at Wally World.

My Furion allows me to switch the tv in as an input. The sound is better that way.

In my rig, in order to make the TV sound come out the ceiling speakers, you must toggle the aux in switch on the radio/dvd unit. There are 2 choices, aux 1 and aux 2. Aux 1 is the choice on mine.
It might also help to turn off the TV speakers from the TV menu.
Having said that, I still get poor sound quality (low volume) when using the TV/ceiling speakers. When playing a DVD through the same speakers, the sound is much better and louder.
Any ideas why this may be so?

This ^^^^^^^^^^^

There are Audio outputs on the rear of your Tv, it should already be hooked up to your in Dash Stereo head unit through a AUX input. Check this before you tear everything apart and run new Audio cables (1pr Red & White RCA's) from your Tv to your Head unit.

The TV speakers in my 30DS are not the best... but I run my audio through the Furrion deck mounted in the coach...
I think you have to push A - B - or C...? I've only used it about 5 or 6 times so I can't remember, but the sound is better through the ceiling speakers.

The A B and C switches simply turn the respective 3 ceiling speakers on and off. If you want the TV sound to come through those speakers, they have to be on and the AUX switch on the unit has to be on. I have AUX 1 and 2. I believe the TV is AUX 1. It also may help to turn the TV Speakers off in the TV audio menu.
