Two New Head Scratches for these Newbies

Two questions, why would gray water all of a sudden drain slowly, probably 50% slower than before. Nothing other than sink water or shower water goes in and we've been very careful about what goes into the black water tank too. Also, the sewer connection at one RV parks was way below ground,,,maybe 4 inches. Cheap handling fix? The people at the office had no suggestions or fixes.

First thing that comes to mind is a plugged roof vent.

For the gray tank.

Plastic slug from when the factory cut the hole for the vent or drain may be caught in the drain valve.

For the drain hose.

A big rock, use it to hold your hose drain end in the hole.

Yes I have done it, the rock was holding the cap on the drain when I first saw it.

Cheap Handling Fix (CHF) is a sort of modification made to Ford based motor homes. Due a search for either terms and you will find out more than you ever wanted to know. You don't have a signature line yet so I don't know what your RV is.

Grey water issue... sounds like the gray dump valve is partially blocked by some construction debris or the valve isn't opening all the way. Make sure the pull handle is screwed all the way in. Second guess is a blocked vent stack or purge valve.

You may be able to put one of those cameras up into the pipe and check it out. They use them in automotive repair and I think there is one available at Harbor Freight Tools. Maybe you can borrow one and see if you can see anything.
