With a fairly level site I don't see why not. But since my Bigfoots are rear only, and just "stabilizers" according to FR , I have a different setup than you.
I'd have someone else controlling the levelers, ready to stop them if you yell, while you carefully watch the tow dolly's tongue angle. If it starts to get too severe you'll need to stop and unhook.

Is there a manual on how to manually move the levelers? I have only done the automatic leveling?
Doubt very much if you will be anymore out of level than normal towing up and down entrances to parking lots, driveways, etc. That's why it is connected with a ball hitch.
My rear levelers / stabilizers are manual only with just a simple switch my wife releases when I yell and thump on the wall....
If you go out to Quadra's website, Click Here, you should be able to find documentation on your system. If you don't just e-mail them as they respond to customers very quickly in my experience.

Not sure if its right or not, but we leave our trailers connected to the hitch when we camp for the night. Both the car dolly w/car and our horse trailer. No issues so far.
We flat tow and only unhook for overnights if it's a back in, shorty or park rules require it. Most folks don't use auto level because it raises the coach too high.
As for your dolly, the only limiting factor is the front underside of your toad and the dolly ramp. If you lift it too high you may run the risk of hitting the bottom of your toad and/or bending something you do not want bent.
Hope this helps.
