Unique Slideout system?

I've spent a month looking for info on my FR3 bedroom slide. I have not seen one thing about the double back pulley system used on my coach. When we purchased the rv from a car dealer, we noticed an issue with the slide operation that they said they would address. Their fix was zip ties. It worked fine during check out and snapped the first time we used it.It appears that the previous owner crushed the bunk ladder, (i assume since the ladder is mia) and destroyed the double back pulleys. I have since rebuilt them with various materials which failed. I then tried to make it work like all the bal accu system videos available, again failed. I finally bought some pulleys and eye bolts at a local hardware store and experienced the first smooth operation of the slide. I noticed the eye bolts are weak and stretching so I have ordered some machined bolts I think will strengthen the connection between chain and pulley. If all goes as expected, I will share pictures of finished product. Attached is pic of one of the original pulleys.

I'm having problems with the wardrobe slide in the master bedroom on my 5th wheel. It has this type of system and the gears are stripped that push the slide out. I can have my wife push the button and I can push it out. It retracts just fine.

You need to replace the gearbox actuator.

Yes sir accu slide. Ive seen the parts list and read the tread. I've just never seen any pics or a video for replacing the pulleys. If it works as expected, my replacement cost will be less then $100.00
