Vinyl Floor Floating, seperating from under floor

Has anybody else had their vinyl floor bubble up, or appear to float to the point you can see it while stepping on it? This is for a 2016 gen 2 30ds. i was told this is one huge piece of vinyl they lay down and that having it float like that is on purpose so that during the cold then hot months is wont shrink/crack or tear. It almost appears as if they didnt glue it down on purpose (for what i wrote above). Also informed that once the weather warms up, the bubble goes away ( which would not make sense as heat expands materials not contracts it). Thoughts?

Had that exact issue appear on my 2015 30DS. It appeared once or twice the first year and then never happened again. It was near the center of the coach next to the dinette.

YES!

We had to take it to the dealer several times to be 'fixed' were still waiting for this season to see if it is actually fixed or not. The dealer sealed the floor along the edges of the doghouse and then slides and seems to think that its fixed.
