Wardrobe drawer won't close

Has anyone had this problem and know of a fix?

The drawer is all the way out.

Can you get into the drawer with a camera to see what is stopping it?

If the camera does not show something sticking up, I am thinking something from inside the drawer was knocked out and is now behind the drawer keeping it from closing properly.

Have you removed the drawer completely and looking inside?

By" All the way out" is it laying on the Bed/floor? If not take it all the way OUT and look on each side for little plastic "Retaining Tabs" they sometime fall/break and cause slide problems! Youroo!!

Not sure if it's this is the problem with your drawer, but we had a similar issue.

I had one of the small screws that holds the one half of the drawer slide to the bottom of the drawer come out about halfway. Used the plastic tabs to fully remove the drawer and then put the screw back into the drawer through a different hole in the metal slide.

No more issues. Hope this helps.

My right lower drawer(2015 30DS) would only go about half way in. After removing the drawer I found a large cluster of heavy duty electric wires all taped together occupying that space. I bought another set of drawer slides and was able to remount the lower drawer a bit higher to clear the cluster. From the front you cannot tell that anything is different. It now closes without a problem.

My right upper drawer did the same thing, when I loaded up the drawer the load forced the bottom of the drawer to sag and fall below the underside of the drawer preventing it from closing.
I unloaded the drawer and removed it finding the bottom piece was not in the drawer groove, shotty workmanship.
I was able put the bottom of the drawer in the groove and clamp and glue or replace the drawer with a drawer from a reputable cabinet builder.
