Warranty Question on DEAD Radio

My front radio died, it just wont' respond to anything. It's lit up like a Christmas tree, but no matter what you do, nothing.

It's this one

My question is...

Is there a way to submit a warranty request directly to FR? I can put it in myself. I don't want to drop off the FR for 3 weeks at the local shop just to put in a simple radio, but I do want to get it fixed and I don't want to lose my blue tooth phone since I found the microphone under the dash.

I would ask the dealer to help obtain a new one for you to install. When my radio went out in my camper, I had my dealer order a new one that I picked up at their shop. I gave the broken radio back to the dealer for return to the vender.
