Water pump / tank access

I just realized that the whole black panel that has the white access port. Is only held on by 4 sheet metal screws to the door frame and comes right out. So no reason to fight doing stuff through that small hole.

I wondered why that was there as well. You have to work your arms through and turn the valves a little bit blind.

Anyone know why they designed it that way. My first reaction was, I guess there's a reason. But now I would like to know why?

Someone is going to answer for this!!!!

I think it has to do with the winterizing package.
