Agreed. If the cables are not equal in tension (all inside tight when slide in / all outside tight when out / tight) then they need adjustment. For the accuslide system our FR3's use this is 1/2" up/down (total 1") is what the correct tension (tightness) is. And getting it out of adjustment on one side / one half could easily cause it to bind/scrape.
Check your 4 cables and see if the wiggle up and down the same...and if they are within the 1" total up/down from rest. Check with slide in and out.
If you search accuslide adjustment on youtube you can watch the factory video on how to adjust. They make it look easy and it is....but getting to the adjustment points can be 'FUN'.
