Who to call?

My new 2015 FR3 did not come with the extentions to extend the room in case something happens. Who is a good person at Forest River to call?

I didn't get mine either, but bought my own cheap at harbor freight like 7 bucks.

Home Depot sells them. It's a one quarter inch flexible extension with a hex socket (female) on one end and a male on the other end. Look in the area where the Riobe tools are.

I know this because I recently contacted the slide room manufacturer Accuslide to order a spare cable replacement kit. And one of those motor drivers. after they sent it to me I discovered it was the same as the one I already had in my tool box. .

Here is a warranty contact sheet for Forest River. I see FR3 listed in it:

Where is the access to the motor to manually crank it? We didn't get the tool either but sounds like something we need to get.
Thanks.

As for the tool, you should have received two of them with your coach. They are part of the slide, one for each slide, same tool. Yes you can buy one but your selling dealership should have supplied them at delivery.
