Pretty simple. Nice pic of how the valves should be placed when winterizing. Just place your valves as such. Drain your hot water tank (make sure your electric element is turned off) by removing your anode rod and leave out. Drain your water tank by removing the cap under the water bay. With water pump on, insert winterize hose into RV anti-freeze solution, and rotate valve at end of hose to suck in solution to your plumbing. You'll end up using about 4 gallons, so just run one tap cold till the pink fluid comes out, then hot tap till pink fluid comes out. Then move onto the shower, run cold tap till...etc. Be sure not to forget the outdoor shower too. Once all the taps run pink antifreeze on both hot/cold sides, then everything is complete. As you run out of antifreeze on one gallon, just turn off the valve on the intake antifreeze hose off, switch to a new one, turn it back on, go back inside...etc. And I don't put antifreeze in the water tank since it'll be a pain to flush out come spring time. Just make sure its empty. Also, make sure your grey/black tanks are empty. Some take out their house batteries to bring them home to keep them on a charger. We don't, but we'll run the generator once or twice a month during the winter time anyways.
