Sorry wayne and sherry, I do not agree with your opinion of the FR3. I don't care what type of motor home or travel trailer you purchase, you're bound to have problems. True, some more than others. Some may never have a problem. Yes, we did have a few initial problems after we purchased our 2014 30DS. They were taken care of without much of a problem because I threatened them that they would not be happy with what I would do if they did not comply with making repairs in a timely manner. Any dealer/shop would not be happy with bad publicity be it social media, BBB, or the Bureau of Automotive Repair (it might be called a different name in some states). I'd even go to the top brass of the dealership to get results. If you let any dealer/shop run ramrod over you, you're gonna be an unhappy camper.
All my rambling being said, be sure that whatever your problems are, be sure that the blame is laid on the proper place (i.e., Ford for chassis problems, etc.) Remember, FR buys the majority of the parts from other mfgr's.. FR should, and will under warranty, repair & replace these bad parts. If it happens too often, they should change vendors. Unfortunately there are not that many vendors out there that cater to the RV industry.

Ok, I've gone on long enough. Sorry for my ranting. I just needed to get this off my chest.

It's like everything else, you must be a cautious buyer and a pain in the a** with any dealership.
I did my walkthrough of my 2016 fr3 on the coldest day in February. Great for me that the heat unit crapped out on site and was repaired due to a bad control board. Found ten other things wrong (small) down to a scratched cabinet and microwave door and sink.
Everything fixed prior to pick up then I did another hour long walkthrough before driving away.
Morale of the story once again don't settle for what your being served.
