YES we have improved it! READ THIS! Alphabet... important!

A - We moved the Dinette table to the front between the Front seats.
B - We made the Dinette into King size bed with extension boards towards the Kitchen.
C - We added light LCD spotlight bars (4 Lights) over the main cabinets.
D - We installed a 50" LCD TV on the bedroom waal.
E - Our computer with WIFI is over the bed cabinet... so we have Netflix on the 50" TV and internet in the bed.

F - WE made little tabled folding next to the bed so we can place out plates and coffee in the bed.

G - We replaced the cheap shower curtain with a shower door.
H - We placed a cabinet on wheels in front of the Main cabinet for plates an utensils... You can also use it in an L shape to add to
the kitchen workspace. (Yes it rolls!) with hooks attached to the cabinet while we drive.
I - Yes we added 4 solar panels 1000 watts to the roof
J - We have solar powered lights and cameras for security.
K - We added fantastic fans.
L - we added fans over the bed, both sides.
M - We replaced the cheap shades with "wooden ones"
O - YES YES..... we have a normal spring "king size" mattress.
P - All windows have foil so nobody "looks" in from outside.
Q - we attached fabric underneath the motorized front shade so also you don't look in from the front.
R - We have "motion" detected solar powered lights all around outside.
S - We added an pro- Inverter 2000 watts.
T - We added 3 more batteries to the 2 already there. (made a board next to the existing batteries.
U - We added a cutting board system over the sink. Workspace.
V - Lights in the front bed compartments.
W - 2 hanging bars instead of one... my wife can store 2 times the clothes.... it fits!
X - More shelves in the bathroom cabinet, and the main closet.
Y - much much more!
Z - good luck.

OK More

- I made a switch so the steps stay "IN" or "OUT" permanent... or in and out with the door.

- I put lights in the space next to the back slide.... on little shelves.
- The inverter is a Xantrex

- We have an office chair in the dinette middle... computer desk and a piano keyboard... the dinette still can be used as dinette.

- i put shelves on top of the window covers in the bed area.

- i put a grid in the motor hood vent... the holes are big... stones?

Any way... we stayed 5 months full-time in the FR3 as long as you stand still it's OK..... lot of work done.

Problems so far :

- Water heater defect'
- Steps does not work ... lights gone.
- Entry light gone.
- Bed slide is stuck! Still working... to get warranty.
motor is gone....
If you ever get trough to Forest River........warranty.

Soon as you start driving long distance the problems start.... like an earthquake.

Bigger problem... to get warranty at a dealer that does not rip you off.

Floorplan is perfect, but at a price.

Were you using the water pressure regulator from the tap to keep the pressure to around 40 PSI?

Having lived in Europe for 8+ years.....

1. Make sure you MOD your tires for Z rated ones - no speed limits on the Autobhans, and you KNOW you wanna pull that beast at 130MPH!!

2. Be aware European roads were sized for carriages and Knights on Horseback...plan accordingly (i.e., you are gonna LOVE 12' high bridges and 6' wide roads

3. Pesky 120V to 220V conversion . Make sure you install the 22,000W Transformer Mod

Have fun, be safe, drive fast, and WE NEED PICTS!!

Oh, and 6 Actual just commented, enjoy the $10/Gal Gas or $16/gal diesel depending

OK Stopped crying about my guitars... but it's still painfull.

3 Days in a hotel.....
Repairing the water Faucets in the shower... Replacing.
Waiting 4 days for a Motor replacement for the Bed-Slide.

Ron Hoover Houston seems OK so far......

What more :

We installed a 22000 watt transformer for Europe 110-220

We added new Group switches in the Switchbox under the bed.

Installed those Remote controlled (Christmas) Switches to our lamps

Replace all the 110 V Lamps with LCD Ones.

Made a light in the Kitchen compartment behind the TV.

Made a Socket for our coffee machine and grill (We put behind the Gastop)

Expanded the Long Cabinet on the outside..... made it 2x as big.... we need all the spACE. INSTALLED A N ELECTRIC GRILL IN THAT SPACE.

Replaced all the Compartment locks... with real locks!

Put those alarm (Magnetic) switches on all compartments.

Installed an Motion Detected doorbell..... ding dong, when someone is in front of the door.

OK more next time
