The ac cover that was warped so I put in extra screws like I mentioned in an earlier post. Added screen to keep the wasps out.

Nice work Chris! Great dedication to fix the trailer up. My Fridge needed a full tube of caulk from new to stop driving rain from leaking in the bottom. Now it runs away just fine.

Installed the toilet back in today. The riser helps the wife with her disability.

Installed 6 out of 8 floor anchors. Used grade 5 nuts & Bolts. Put lock thread on it for good measure

The 2 floor anchors and diamond plate still need to screwed and bolted down.

The bottom of the diamond plate needs to be cleaned. I wiped it down quick but I think I'll use a wire wheel to clean it up better. The previous owners water leak made some mold or something stains on the bottom of that diamond plate

You might want to use Stainless hardware. A bit more expensive, but would consider it 'sleep equity'.

I totally agree. Due to my current financial situation I'll have to wait on the stainless.

Been awhile since I posted up some pictures. The toy hauler has been completed. It took a long time but I'm happy with the work. I've spent many hours on this project. Now that it's complete I want to enjoy the time with my wife.

Thanks to everyone for the advice, input , motivation and everything shared. Truly appreciated.

On to the pics 😀

And a FINE job you did. Probably much better than it was originally. Enjoy the fruits of your labor. You deserve it!
