Change oil drain access missing on adrenaline

2019 adrenaline. Went to change oil in onan 4000 eq generator
Could not find drain plug. Watch several u tube videos.
They all showed a small plate with 2 screws. Remove plate and you have access to drain plug . Nothing like that underneath. I assume Forest River cover it up putting undercarriage (wood). I had to buy pump to get oil out. Has anyone had this problem?

What type of rig do you have? I just changed the oil in mine. The plate is a small oval shape, about 3 inches. Mine is slightly above the run of the exhaust pipe. Just look along the exhaust pipe, underneath. Move the plate, and the drain plug is above it. My plug uses a 12mm socket.

Check again underneath generator and by exhaust. Watch u tube videos. They all show a plate underneath with 2 screws. Remove that and you can access drain nut. Not on mine. They must of cover my drain plug.

now that you got the pump do you need the drain screw? I used to change oil on my VW jetta TDI PD with just the pump all the time.
