Mirada 29DS Seat Belt Release

Just picked up our 2012 Coachmen Mirada and I guess I am missing the main Ford manual. I cannot figure out how to release the front seat belts so I can rotate the driver and passenger seats to face inside the coach.
Can anyone provide insight?

I have a 2013 Mirada and as far as I know there is no release. I just turn the seat around and the belt unrolls. Sometimes it locks up on the way but just back off a bit and it unlocks.

Interior lighting - 2012 Coachmen 29

Thanks jk510. Maybe you can shed some light on another issue.
My front two ceiling lights work off the switch at the door entry. Cant seem to get the two mid-ship lights on. One just forward of the refrigerator and the other right in front of the refrigerator. Something is off! I also don't get a green light on the TV amplifier by the sink so I can't get any Wineguard antenna TV stations. Any suggestions?

We tilt the seat as far forward as possible and put the steering wheel as far forward as tilt will allow, and put the left armrest down. Then move the seat back and swivel at the same time. When you clear the steering wheel turn it around and tilt the seat back and flip the arm rest back up.
