Need help - thermostat

Hi guys ok I'm not sure what to do my fan comes on when my heater is on and the fan states on. The wires fell out of were they were and I'm not sure if this is the problem. Does the thermostat need to be programmed not sure how to fix this. attached pics show the wires not sure if this is write.Click image for larger version

Is the fan set to AU(Automatic)? I had the same problem in mine set the fan to AU and no fan when I set it to furnace.

Yeah I'm a dum ass some how the fan got turned to high and not Auto

Don't feel too bad, I actually took mine back to the dealer for the same thing. (And I am a heating and air guy). Talk about feeling stupid.
