New EVO owner

Just took are EVO 2850 out this weekend everything worked good but the DVD player it got a few lines on it when its playing. Also what lube should I use on my slide out? And the water fill seems to fill really slow water runs down trailer is there an adapter

There's a DVD player? As for the water, my only problem was the fresh drain valve was pointed in the wrong direction so I gave it a half turn so that I could reach it in between the wheels. We love ours so enjoy! Add the shower extender and a surge protector as soon as you can.
