Hi Herks, I live in Perth Western Australian and when the trailer arrived there was no manual. The slide out has zigzag (not a technical word but the best I can do to explain) aluminum runners top and bottom on both sides of the slide out. I can hear motors turning over but I haven't been able to see them and I am wary of pull things apart at present. If I supply photo could you help?
Cheers for the prompt reply which I appreciate.

I (and every one here) will do our very best.

Did you happen to see a crank handle anywhere in the camper?

Do you have a hole in the side opposite the slide in question?

Sounds like you may have a Schwintek In-Wall Slide which is a little more complicated when it does not work correctly. Here is a link to a video describing how to disengage the motors and move the slide manually. Lippert also has on-line manuals for these slides that can be downloaded and printed for reference.

Hi Lou,
No crank but I have think I may have cracked the problem as to who provides the slider mechanism. The system is not hydraulic which would make my live easier but driven with electric motors. I am hoping its a Schwintek and I am trying to identify the mechanism. They have put together some videos on UTube which help a lot, so if they are the manufacturer I can put this issue to bed.
Again thanks..

Sounds like you have a handle on it.
Thank you Sirsea for the video and the Lippert tip.

This is an install video and might help you visualize the mechanism.

new to forum. Our problem (besides the broken frame) is the slides and the front jacks both run when you try to open/close slides or raise/lower jacks. Any others experiencing this freakish problem? Any suggestions for solving?
