Alcoa wheels

Can anyone give the size of wheel I need to replace stock Legacy steel wheels?

I think it is 22.5 X 9?10

I want that upgrade badly but too cheap to do it. Once you figure out all the necessary hardware like hub covers, lug nuts, etc. would you please post? I'll be replacing tires this fall but at this point, still planning on the steel wheels.
