Yes, I was surprised to see this from FR.
Nice job, I'll be copying in the next few days. I would flip out if I had discovered this while getting a repair of some sort done on the road. Just rummaged through my electrical stash, looks like I have plenty on hand to manage the job.

Thanks again for discovering this and posting. I would have went into some kind of a titherdither if this had been discovered on the road with some service being required. At most Cummins dealers, labor is 150/hr. or so, and I would not like to be paying for someone to deal with that rather than working on our engine. Fixed mine today, totally copied what you did. I would love to have coffee with the wiring tech. at FR and just ask why the hell would anyone run wires right across the engine hatch. I would just love to hear what's up.
I am happy with the design of the hatch and ease of removal, etc. I have friends with very high end coaches that have to dismantle closets and cabinets to even get to theirs.
I even cleaned my engine while I was at it, getting ready to some major summer travel.

Safe travels

Engine bay sparkle

Engine looks great. I'm guessing most if not all have this wiring issue.
Glad to help out.
