Generator and AC

Hello, head to Arizona in a couple weeks and wondering how many of you run your generator and house AC while driving down the road?

Anything special that should be done?

Can't imagine the tiny AC up front would do the trick keeping my family cool farther back.

Thanks for any help!

when I had my Class A I did that all the time all it does is drop the MPG which I didn't care about. I wanted to be cool.

Same here. Run the generator for the A/C while driving pretty much all the time. No problems at all.
