Legacy 340 KP water heater

I have camped three times and three times I had to bring the Motörhome in to fix the water heater 😒so after cold showers I called Gerard and they instructed me how to reset the temp sensor in the unit 😄hot water again . I think I might have grounding issue due to the water overheats when washing clothes and trips the switch.
