Legacy problems

Is it my imagination or has there been a recent increase of complaints from owners about the quality of the build?

I am starting to wonder if I should remove Legacy from my short list.

I have had a 2015 360 RB for 3 years and have put 16000 miles on her. I love this coach...yes a few small issues all handled by the factory at my local repair shop. What have you heard?

I have read mosly favorable reports like yours.

But have seen some reports by owners of current production units experiencing troubles.

more sales equals more new owners equals more ‘complaints’, though you also haven’t heard from all the satisfied owners - they don’t tend to post here - they are out enjoying their’s!

We have had our 2015 340KP for 3 years and at 37,000 miles. We had some issues and the warranty guys have been good - but you do have to make that contact and they’ve been invaluable. We were just traveling with friends - both just spent $400k+ on their American coach and Newmar coach. They are having as many new owner issues as we ever experienced. The industry as a whole has terrible build quality and virtually no coordinated customer service network. After 3 years I have become a pretty good plumber, electrician, and carpenter.
